Today was my off-day, so myself and some chums went off into the city to explore and discover what was going on.

The Port is located in a run-down industrial area, with many factories and working areas.
We got a taxi to take us into the city. I took some photos along the way of the buildings we passed.
After getting into the town centre, we entered the municipal building of the area. It was very beautiful and full of memorials.
In the centre of the city is a public park. It was well maintained and a good place to relax and unwind.
After this we visited a church briefly. It used to be a boxing venue and a foosball pitch before it was a church. It was quite impressive and is the largest church in Bahia Blanca.
After getting some traditional Argentinian pastries, we departed the city centre and went back to the ship. It was a good day, full of fun and excitement.

Finally, to those that are wondering, the Bookfair was indeed allowed to sell books (thank goodness) and has been welcoming many people aboard. Over 6800 people visited on Saturday and 6300 on Sunday.
