Crazy Friday Night

Friday was my C-Day, so I visited a not-so-local Church. It was getting dark when we left (around 6pm) so I took a photo of the ship.

We drove almost two hours away through the stifling Buenos Aires traffic. I needed the loo the whole time.

We finally arrived at the church half an hour late, so the service had already started. Even still, we received a warm welcome from those outside. I was excited to get started!

We sat in the front and worshipped for a while. When it was time to go to the front, we received a very warm welcome and we all introduced ourselves. There was David from the Netherlands, Sarah from the United States and Chanmin from South Korea.

David talked about the ship and Sarah about her testimony. I shared about OM and Chanmin shared the message. Chanmin finished by singing some songs in Spanish and we worshipped God together. I could understand the words as well, so I could really mean what I was singing.

After the service (and an intensive photo shoot with the whole congregation) we enjoyed some social time with the Pastor and others that helped organise. It was delightful and on Wednesday we will visit them again for some Assaddo!!!

This was a crazy Friday Night, we got back to the ship after 2am (5 hours later than we should’ve been) but it was a wonderful experience.

God was really behind this C-Day and it was super nice to be a part of it.
