Santiago Airport

After a fine flight, I have arrived at Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez International (Santiago de Chile Airport) safe and sound. I now look forward to a behemoth 9 hour wait before my flight to Antofagasta leaves. But it isn’t all bad, I’ve just enjoyed some pizza and crisps for my dinner.

I’ve also got the Lord of the Rings to read and a whole host of mindless iPad games to keep me company, so hopefully this next 9 hours won’t seem so long after all…

My next update will likely be when I actually board the Logos Hope tomorrow. Indeed the final destination is getting closer and closer…
