Today I will be talking about the particular jobs that concern information about the Bookfair; the Lifeboat and the Information Desk.

After assailing the Gangway, the visitors must sit in the Lifeboat.

The Lifeboat is where important information about the visitors visit is explained, such as the one way system and how the monetary system works.

Normally a volunteer will do the talking and I will be in charge of shepherding the people in and out of the lifeboat as my Spanish isn’t good enough to explain how everything works.

The position can be fun but is also repetitive; there isn’t much variation.

The Information Desk is my favourite position in Bookfair. It is where the visitors go if they have any questions about where to find books or authors.

Every 10 minutes I must make an announcement reminding the visitors of the rules of the Bookfair in Spanish. This is always fun as it gives me time to improve my Spanish pronunciation.

Overall this is my favourite position and I always look forward to it on my schedule.
