Saturday was a very tiring day. We had to get up early to travel half way across Uruguay for a special day out. We visited the hometown and church of a pastor in Uruguay called Pase de los Torros (Pass of the Bulls)

Here the Negro River splits Uruguay in two and the government have created a public park in appreciation of the area.

Alex and Caleb has a stone skipping competition in the river. Caleb won.

We wondered down the way and found a water feature.

There was also the opportunity to look like a Gaucho (South American Cowboy)

The town also has a statue of a bull, the namesake of the town.

We also did a programme for kids as well as an evening service, but I didn’t take any photos.

It was a long day, but very fun and we could really bless the town we visited, especially the children.

Monday was another period of travelling. This time we traveled to another city in Uruguay to stay there for 4 days. It was very last minute and a bit dis-organised, but even still I’m looking forwards to the challenge.
