09 - Vertical Slice: Week 2

In this week, I developed the schedule and powerpoint for the presentation at the end of the week.

The members of my team were Kaylum-Lee Birrell, Michael Roe, Julian Fraile and Pichinat Audesley as we continued planning for Gnomercy.

The organisation aspect of the task I found challenging - its the first time I've ever done this, and so accounting for every aspect of development (and subsequent contingency) was quite the experience. In any case, the team was happy with the plan that I developed:

The five phases roughly correlate with the 5 weeks (Yes I know Easter is two weeks, but we considered it as one). Phases 4 and 5 act as the main brunt of our contingency planning.

I also took charge of a lot of the presentation, ensuring the content was sufficient and presentable. Michael made it look nice - ready for our pitch to our tutors and rest of the class.

I presented the pitch and successfully got it greenlit! Success!
